JAC Builders LLC is a minority- and woman-owned family construction business founded by Ariel Rodriguez. We have been locally owned and operated since 2013, with hands-on experience in the trades dating back to 1996.
Poughkeepsie and the surrounding Hudson Valley aren’t simply places where we work—they’re home. Our family was born, raised, and educated in this area. That connection gives us a personal stake in the homes, neighborhoods, and communities we serve.

Because our electrical and plumbing work is performed in house, our projects are less dependent on outside subcontractor schedules. This gives us greater control over timing, coordination, and the quality of the finished work.
